Totally disappointed that I was not told that I would be charged to pick up from this HERTZ. Was told they would take a $100 bond, but was never told of the $65 fee they would keep. Not impressed.

Strange how they don't have a competent computer system that can talk to everyone and see what cars are available. I know school holidays are a busy time but I'm a loyal 5 star gold member. Avis across the floor had heaps of cars

Not the best welcome home to find we have to pay triple for a last minute hire car with competitor.
